Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. We usually go out late around 2–3 AM, and we often meet one Indian gentleman and one Filipino lady at the reception. Both of them are always very friendly, cooperative, and respectful. They really make us feel welcome and make the stay easy and comfortable. Other staff members are also good, but some staff they don’t seem as happy during our stay. A little more warmth and friendliness from all staff would make the experience even better. This is the second time that I have stayed here. The location is great especially if you are relocating or just want to stay on a budget and explore UAE especially Dubai. The choice of room service food is well priced I tried many. Room service staff and the reception were polite even when they are very busy, I am normally a patient person. There are many shops and restaurants around too. Which is a bonus. Overall I was satisfied and would like to thank everyone. I would recommend you to stay there. Thank you to everyone who made my stay a comfortable stay.

Staff were good. Location was good. Rooms were comfortable,alot of storage space, and generally plenty of room to move around. Cleaner of the room-dont remember his name, very helpful. Ac worked well. Hot water was adequate. Many many affordable eateries in walking distance. Its a no brainer for when I come again, il definitely stay at citymax. Special shout out to Mr.Islam, Madam Simple-always helpful.

We as Indian family found this place safe with neat & tidy and we want to appreciate the reception specially Ms Ruby, she was so polite and Thomas in restaurant so nice with the smiling face. We stayed in Room 817 which had a good view and we prefer to get the interlink room with a good view when we bring our daughters in the upper floors ( no smoking area) please share the rates.

Everything about the hotel, from the room to the location, was good. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the staff, who were exceptionally helpful and kind. I had an extraordinary experience thanks to their assistance. I booked the room for an online exam which required extra dedicated internet bandwidth and a stable connection. Upon requesting help, the receptionist promptly involved a technician, who then coordinated with the IT team at CityMax's headquarters, presumably in Dubai. They understood my requirements and provided the necessary internet quota, ensuring a smooth and error-free exam experience. I'm thrilled to share that I passed the CISM exam, which was quite challenging. The support and assistance of the staff and IT team played a crucial role in reducing my stress. Their thoughtful gesture of calling me after the exam to congratulate me on my success made me feel at home. Truly, it was an exceptional experience.
